Save the date! The wedding announcement for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has officially arrived.
The Swifties ecstatically took to social media to celebrate following the venue and date announcement of their favorite English and gym teachers’ wedding.

According to Page Six, celebs have begun receiving “save the date” notices, and while Blake Lively is still waiting for her wedding invite, another actress who some thought was a former friend of Swift’s has received hers.
Reports say actress Zoë Kravitz has been invited to the upcoming nuptials, despite there allegedly being “bad blood” over Kravitz dating Harry Styles, who Taylor dated in 2012. A source told Us Weekly that Swift “isn’t bothered” by the couple’s relationship.
In keeping with Taylor Swift’s style, the wedding will be on July 3, the day before her favorite holiday, the Fourth of July, when she is known for throwing massive parties.
This year, Taylor will be a wife by the time fireworks fly over the rumored wedding location, New York. Originally, there were rumors that Taylor’s hometown of Rhode Island would be the wedding site, but Taylor knows New York “All Too Well.”
From Cornelia Street to the Wedding Aisle
Taylor loves New York; it’s been the subject of her music and her home. She renovated a Tribeca duplex and, during the renovation, rented a townhouse on Cornelia Street in the West Village. Swift often hangs out in the city with friends and Travis, dining at New York’s hottest restaurants.
Travis also loves New York. The Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end has gushed over the city, calling it “a vibe.” Kelce says his favorite thing in New York is walking around, being one with the city, and meeting new people.
The Wedding Planner
Taylor and Travis are spending a lot of time in New York, and it seems the couple has been meeting with wedding VIPs, including jeweler Kindred Lubeck, who designed Taylor’s engagement ring (with Travis’s help), at the popular New York restaurant Casa Cipriani.
Restaurant staff used black umbrellas to shield Taylor and Travis from paparazzi photos. Reportedly, Taylor and Travis selected their wedding bands. Swifties noticed Lubeck posted a photo from the Cipriani lobby with Taylor’s BFF, Ashley Avignone.
Now that we have set a wedding date, we can all save it to our calendars and plan to celebrate Taylor and Travis’ big day together. So what are we wearing, Indies?
